We don’t call them counselors – they’re Coaches. Why? Because you’ll do more than supervise: You’ll guide, mentor, and invest deeply in each camper’s life. Coaches are the heartbeat of T Bar M, pointing kids towards Jesus and creating unforgettable camp experiences.

Duration
Five or ten week blocks
Responsibilities
1:5 coach-to-camper ratio, activity and program leadership, spiritual mentorship
Tradition
Alphas vs. Omegas, theme nights, and traditions to build community
Equipped & Entrusted
Equipped with:
- Mentorship from directors and leadership
- Spiritual investment through Bible studies
- Activity training like ropes course, lifeguarding, sports, and media
Entrusted to:
- Present the Gospel
- Care for campers and families
- Facilitate activities and programs
